Elderberry Breeder Lily Hislop is gathering feedback on people’s plant and picking preferences\, so guests can learn about the fruit\, share their thoughts\, and take home as many berries as they would like. A brief harvest “how-to” session begins at 4:15 PM\, followed by a self-directed harvest from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Participants should bring their own containers\, though spare buckets will be available for a suggested donation.  \n\n\n\nThis is an all-ages event with limited spots\, and an additional harvest is also planned for September 11.
