30-Something’s Book Club – Klara & the Sun

Arcadia Books is hosting a discussion of Kazuo Ishiguro’s novel, Klara and the Sun, as part of its 30-Somethings Book Club. The club is designed to bring together busy readers in mid-life within the community, though individuals outside of the 30s age bracket are still welcome to attend. The featured book follows the story of Klara, an Artificial Friend with outstanding observational qualities, who carefully watches the behavior of store customers and passersby while hoping to be chosen by a family.
