Back to School Vaccine Clinic

Public Health Sauk County and O’Connell Pharmacy are hosting a Back to School Vaccine Clinic. Vaccines are available for individuals ages 18 and under (with or without insurance), adults 19 and older with insurance, and uninsured adults who live in Sauk County (limited vaccines available for this group). Most insurances are accepted. Interpretation services will be available on-site. Participating kids can pick a prize, such as a Baraboo Children’s Museum day pass, a Culver’s coupon, and more.

Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are appreciated and can be made online or by scanning the QR code on the event flyer.
