Community Invited to Welcome Project Hero Riders to Plain

Kraemer Brothers invites veterans, farmers, and community members to help welcome Project Hero’s Great Lakes Challenge Ride at the Kraemer Brothers North Yard in Plain.
This year’s ride celebrates the theme “Thank a Farmer,” recognizing the farmers and rural communities that the cyclists encounter as they travel through Wisconsin.
Community members are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue and join in cheering on the riders as they stop for refreshments and encouragement before continuing their journey.
Project Hero is a national nonprofit organization that empowers veterans and first responders through adaptive cycling, recovery, and camaraderie. The Great Lakes Challenge Ride raises awareness while celebrating resilience, service, and the power of community.

Cyclists are scheduled to stop by at 9:45 am. Please allow enough time to park and get in place to welcome them as they arrive.
