Wellness Weekend Kindled Community Sauna

Join American Players Theatre and Kindled Community Sauna by coming out to enjoy community-style, wood-fired sauna and cold plunge sessions for its inaugural Wellness Weekend!

There is no rigid structure to the 60-minute community sessions. Cycle through hot, cold, rest, and rehydrate at your own pace alongside up to five other folks. Wear whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty and/or wet in. Please bring one towel to sit on in the sauna, another to dry off after your session, a water bottle, and slip-on shoes. An email will be sent out prior to your session with details, reminders, and a waiver to sign.
