Workdays at Wintergreen

Join the Driftless Area Land Conservancy (DALC) staff and fellow volunteers for a hands-on workday at Wintergreen, a beautiful 245-acre preserve along the Lower Wisconsin Riverway. Together, participants will tackle seasonal stewardship projects to care for the property, improve habitat, maintain trails, and ensure this special place remains welcoming for the community.
No previous experience is needed, as DALC staff will provide all necessary guidance and tools. Whether you are a longtime volunteer or joining for the very first time, this is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands dirty, learn about land stewardship, spend time outdoors, and make a tangible difference.
