There will be awards for first through third place in all nine age groups, and every participant receives a neck medal. Signup starts one hour prior to the pull, and an entry fee applies.

    All are invited to a pilgrimage to St. Anne's Shrine on the Pastorate Feast Day of Saints Joachim and Anne. Mass will be held at 4:00 PM, followed by the pilgrimage to St. Anne's Shrine at 5:00 PM. Following the pilgrimage, attendees are encouraged to gather for fellowship and an ice cream social at St. Luke Church.

    Watch for Laura Druckrey’s pottery in the Glass Case Gallery throughout the month of July. Laura tells about herself and her work, “I discovered my passion for pottery as a sophomore while attending Wisconsin Lutheran High School in the city where I was born and raised: Milwaukee. That passion continued through college, where I pursued ceramics as an independent minor and earned degrees in Early Childhood Education and Spanish. After graduation, I began working in Milwaukee Public Schools while earning a third teaching license, this one in Bilingual Education. Teaching and studying left little time for the wheel, but I never lost my love for it.

    Artist Christl Iausly is sharing her wildflower artwork in the Community Room Gallery during the month of July.

    Christl’s wildflower art is created by hand using self-collected flowers, leaves, twigs and more—most collected from her own gardens. She dries and presses these natural elements and creates original designs with them mounted on handmade papers. Every design is unique. Some include calligraphy.
