The “It’s a Wonderful Life” inspired theme outside The Opal Man, who was announced as the first place winner of the Spring Green Area Chamber of Commerce Tinsel and Lights decorating contest. Pamela’s Fine Jewelry won second place and Silver and Star B&B Inn won third.
