Vegetable from Venus?

  • Owners Steve Shoemaker and Elisabeth Minich of Steadfast Acres near Lone Rock found this unusual looking vegetable growing in a row of cabbages earlier this week. Shoemaker said he believes the vegetable is a variety of romanesco cauliflower, but is not entirely sure of the variety. Photo contributed by Steadfast Acres
