    River Valley School District-Wide Open House

    August 25 @ 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
    River Valley Intermediate School 660 W. Daley Street, Spring Green, Wisconsin, United States

    The River Valley School District is opening all of its buildings for a district-wide open house. Students are encouraged to use this time to meet their teachers, walk through their schedules, drop off supplies, practice locker combinations, and get excited for the year ahead. School pictures for RVE and RVI will take place during the open house hours, while JH/HS pictures will be held earlier from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The RV Food Service team will provide freshly baked cookies and other refreshments at all buildings. Additionally, a clothing swap will be available in the RVI cafeteria, where families are welcome to take any donated clothing they may need or want. Multiple food trucks will also be on-site for families to enjoy a meal or treat.

They are joined by Fellow Kinsman, a Milwaukee-formed music project by Nate Kinsman that blends psych, surf, indie, and alternative rock to create a unique "Land-Locked-Surf-Rock" sound. With Fellow Kinsman, shows can go from slow-dances to rowdy mosh pits, offering a little something for everyone. Rounding out the lineup is The Broken Boards, a fun, danceable guitar-based surf instrumental trio from Madison, Wisconsin, known for their catchy, rockin' originals.
