Come to the library to meet fellow knitters and crafters in the community. Attendees can come for help—beginner to mid-level knitting assistance is available—learn new skills, or simply brush up on current ones. It is a great opportunity to get out of the house for a few hours and enjoy the proven health benefits of craft work, including knitting and crocheting. Join when you can, and invite your knitting and crocheting friends to tag along.

Each session gathers with the intention to connect with others and heal your nervous system through the creative process.
