If you have problems getting enough sleep, falling asleep, or staying asleep, this interactive six-week program teaches sleep hygiene best practices, Stimulus Control Therapy, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and more. The class is taught by Danielle Sander, Health & Well-being Educator at UW-Extension Sauk County. Because this is an interactive session, active participation by those who attend is highly appreciated. Pre-registration is requested and can be completed online or over the phone.
