Join when you can, and invite your knitting and crocheting friends to tag along.

Each session gathers with the intention to connect with others and heal your nervous system through the creative process. Bring your own project or use the provided materials to deepen your practice of active meditation.

    If you have gently used apparel no longer serving a purpose in your home, please consider donating to the River Valley School District! Please bring only gently used clothing (nothing ripped, stained, or torn) in sizes ranging from infant to big kid size 18, along with Adult XS-L. Shoes from baby to adult size 9 are also welcome to be shared, provided they have no holes, rips, or broken parts (scuffs are ok).
