At 3:15 PM, the event shifts locations for a silvopasture tour where host Michael Dolan will share his agroforestry practices and transition to organic production. Snacks will be provided throughout the event.

If you have problems getting enough sleep, falling asleep, or staying asleep, this interactive six-week program teaches sleep hygiene best practices, Stimulus Control Therapy, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and more. The class is taught by Danielle Sander, Health & Well-being Educator at UW-Extension Sauk County. Because this is an interactive session, active participation by those who attend is highly appreciated. Pre-registration is requested and can be completed online or over the phone.
