Tech Help Drop-In: Arena Village Hall

Monroe St., Spring Green, Wisconsin, United StatesThe Sleep Education for Everyone Program (SLEEP) is an evidence-based course from Michigan State University designed to help improve your sleep quality. If you have problems getting enough sleep, falling asleep, or staying asleep, this interactive six-week program teaches sleep hygiene best practices, Stimulus Control Therapy, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and more. The class is taught by Danielle Sander, Health & Well-being Educator at UW-Extension Sauk County. Because this is an interactive session, active participation by those who attend is highly appreciated. Pre-registration is requested and can be completed online or over the phone.
