Take in the beauty of American Players Theatre from a whole new perspective as you move, stretch, and breathe in a peaceful outdoor air on the Hill Stage during APT's inaugural Wellness Weekend! Led by Emily Benz of Rural Remedy, this hatha vinyasa-style class welcomes both first-time and seasoned yogis to move with fluid motion, feel your feet firmly beneath them, and breathe steadily to create connections to the body.

This restorative class offers a wonderful opportunity to take in the beauty of APT from a whole new perspective and warmly welcomes both first-time and seasoned yogis

Start your day with a feel-good yoga flow in the barn at Twin Crix Farm in Spring Green. This 45-minute, beginner-friendly class is the perfect way to kick off the week ahead with some fresh air in a beautiful setting, and while all are welcome, spots are limited so advance registration is required. Farm trails are also open before and after yoga for anyone looking to check out the farm, stretch their legs, and take in the beautiful views.
