Join the 2026 Morrill Lecture Series for a special memorial evening featuring Luis Alberto Urrea, the celebrated author who inspired this season's theme, "A Revolution of Hope and Community." Urrea is a bilingual poet, novelist, and essayist born in Tijuana to a Mexican father and an American mother. He beautifully channels his dual-culture life experiences to explore universal themes of love, loss, and triumph through stories of family and immigration.

The Arena Community Team (ACT) is a volunteer-driven organization committed to fostering transparency, engagement, and collaboration within the village and town. ACT strives to keep residents and businesses informed and actively involved in local governance, ensuring every voice is heard and valued. All village and town residents, as well as business owners, are highly encouraged to attend these meetings to stay involved and help strengthen the community.
The Creative Container is a fun, safe space where community, creativity, and self-expression interweave through drawing, painting, textiles, sewing, and beading. If you need a group of like-minded individuals to commune with and hold you accountable to start, continue, or finish a creative project, this is the place for you. Each session gathers with the intention to connect with others and heal your nervous system through the creative process. Bring your own project or use the provided materials to deepen your practice of active meditation.
Attendees are invited to a weekly Community Meal organized by and hosted at Christ Lutheran Church. The meals take place on Wednesday evenings from September through May, specifically when RV schools are in session. Families, kids, and seniors are all welcome to attend this community gathering.

Participants will move with their breath through smooth, connected sequences designed to foster calm, strength, and balance. The sessions include both gentle holds and optional challenges so you can move at your own pace, and you will be guided with clear instructions on breathing, body alignment, and mindful movement.
Arcadia Books is hosting a discussion of Kazuo Ishiguro's novel, Klara and the Sun, as part of its 30-Somethings Book Club. The club is designed to bring together busy readers in mid-life within the community, though individuals outside of the 30s age bracket are still welcome to attend. The featured book follows the story of Klara, an Artificial Friend with outstanding observational qualities, who carefully watches the behavior of store customers and passersby while hoping to be chosen by a family.
