Spring Green Community Bluegrass Concert: James Ray Polk and the Mississippi Sawyers
James Ray Polk and the Mississippi Sawyers bring their original instrumental bluegrass music to Twin Crix for a free community concert. Polk and his band are touring Frank Lloyd Wright sites around the country, performing compositions inspired by organic architecture, and will stop in Spring Green while visiting nearby Taliesin. Doors open at 5 PM, with food available from Reunion Family Barbecue and the concert beginning at 7 PM.

Village of Spring Green Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held at 6:30 PM on June 10, 2026, at the Village Office, 154 N. Lexington Street, Spring Green, Wisconsin.
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss and review the Facilities Planning Document for the Village’s wastewater treatment facilities. Upgrades to these facilities are needed to comply with current and future Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources permit requirements, replace equipment that is nearing the end of its useful life, and provide treatment capacity to meet the Village’s current and future needs.

As part of the 2026 "Unearth A Story" Summer Reading Program, the Lone Rock Community Library hosts "Dino Discovery Day." Participants are invited to adopt their own dinosaur and unearth a dino puzzle during this morning event.
Midwest Agroforestry Farm Network June Meet Up
Connect with farmers across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa at this monthly online gathering for those practicing or interested in agroforestry.
June's meetup features a presentation on Livestock Guardian Dogs by Cherrie Nolden, a member of the Wisconsin Agroforestry Demonstration Farm Network. Nolden has managed multispecies pastured livestock since 1991 and brings extensive academic experience in wildlife ecology and agroecology.

Tech Help Drop-In: Lone Rock Library
The River Valley area public libraries and the River Valley Broadband Initiative host a tech help drop-in session. Community members can visit the Lone Rock Library on the second Thursday of the month for assistance with their technology. If you need additional help with your technology, the River Valley Tech Help Line is available via phone or email to set up an in-person appointment at your local library or community center.
Canceled Thurs ‘Day to Eve’ Market
Shop, listen to music, grab local eats, and spend time with friends at the Discover Driftless Thurs 'Day to Eve' Market in Lone Rock. The market balances the simplicity and authenticity of a local market with the welcoming atmosphere of a community event, offering a day-into-evening experience that captures the spirit of the Driftless region. Vendors interested in showcasing their small business can message Discover Driftless to participate.
Canceled Lone Rock Farmers Market
The Lone Rock Farmers Market gathers every Thursday, featuring local artisans and farmers offering a variety of goods.
Home gardeners are also encouraged to bring their overstock to sell. Vendors can set up for a $10 weekly fee with no pre-registration required.
Canceled Jay A Hoffman LIVE on the Discover Stage
Join Driftless-area singer, songwriter, and recording artist Jay Hoffman for an evening of timeless Americana and storytelling. Based in Soldiers Grove, Hoffman's music blends acoustic warmth with a grounded sense of place. During the performance, attendees can explore the Thurs' Day to Eve Market located in the barn and under the shelter. Food will be available from the Udder Brothers Food Truck, alongside treats from Little Sister Cookies, and drinks from the in-house bar.
Pokémon Trade Night

Corn Hole League at the Buena Vista Bicentennial Park
The Buena Vista Lions Club is hosting a summer cornhole league. Players of all skill levels are welcome to toss some bags and have a blast with friends, neighbors, and fellow cornhole fanatics. Concessions will be available on-site during league play.

Celebrate June Dairy Month at the 35th Annual Sauk County Dairy Breakfast, hosted this year by the Luxton Family at Windi Ridge Farm. The farm-style breakfast menu features pancakes, scrambled eggs with ham, sausage, cheese curds, yogurt, and Culver's frozen custard.

St. Luke’s Church Festival
Saints Joachim & Anne Pastorate hosts the St. Luke's Church Festival kickoff. Attendees can enjoy an evening of live music by the Solstice Jazz Band, along with refreshments and light food. The community event takes place outside St. Luke Catholic Church.
Low Czars
The Low Czars will perform live at the Slowpoke Lounge & Cabaret, bringing a 179-song repertoire rooted in power-pop, garage-rock, and R&B. Originally formed 20 years ago for a wedding, the rotating band plays an eclectic mix of covers ranging from well-known artists like The Who, The Kinks, and Cheap Trick, to more esoteric acts like Big Star, Guided By Voices, and Swamp Dogg. The core group features James Leaver, Larry Braun, Peter Fatka, Bob Koch, and Aaron Scholz. Admission is "pay what you can," with a suggested $10 contribution at the door.
