The top baby names for boys and girls born in 2022 have been announced by hospitals in the area.
According to Shawna Connor, Director of Community Relations & Marketing at Richland Hospital and Clinics in Richland Center, the top three girl names were Ivy, Kylie and Harper. The top three boy names were Ethan, Logan and Weston.
At Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville, the top boy name was Miles/Myles and the top girl name was Scarlet/Scarlett/Scarlette, according to spokesperson Jodi Cecil.
Amy Ryan, Marketing & Community Relations Director at Sauk Prairie Healthcare in Prairie du Sac, reported the top five boy names as Theo, River, Greyson, Owen and Beckett, and the top five girl names as Charlette, Stella, Eleanor, Claire and Ella.
