Community Food Pantry of Spring Green Food Distribution
The Community Food Pantry of Spring Green holds its regular food distribution on the third Monday of each month, with morning distribution from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM and afternoon distribution from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

Dementia Caregiver Support Meeting
The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Sauk County hosts a monthly caregiver support meeting for those caring for someone living with dementia. Led by ADRC Dementia Care Specialist Kurt Goeckermann, the gathering offers a welcoming space to talk to other caregivers, share experiences, and find support so you do not have to walk the caregiver path alone. Summer Afternoon Storytime
Dig into a summer of dino-mite adventures at the "Unearth a Story" Storytime series! Join us for a roaring good time as we dig up thrilling tales, unearth playful activities, and drum up a prehistoric beat. Little ones and their caregivers are invited to enjoy stories, songs, and fun dinosaur-themed activities all summer long. The event is designed for children ages 7 and under and their caregivers, but everyone is welcome to share in the fun.
Yarn Rocks!
Come to the library to meet fellow knitters and crafters in the community. Attendees can come for help—beginner to mid-level knitting assistance is available—learn new skills, or simply brush up on current ones. It is a great opportunity to get out of the house for a few hours and enjoy the proven health benefits of craft work, including knitting and crocheting. Join when you can, and invite your knitting and crocheting friends to tag along.

Archeology, Paleontology, Geology, and Snackology—you name the science, and the Spring Green Community Library will explore it this summer! Join Youth Services Librarian Kate Franzmann on select Wednesdays to uncover fossils, explore a day in the life of an archeologist, build a dinosaur, and dive into lots of other STEAM-related fun. This program is designed specifically for children ages 5 to 15.

Shakespeare in the Park
Join the Summit Players Theatre at the Governor Dodge State Park amphitheater for a fun and educational Shakespeare workshop followed by a 75-80 minute, no-intermission performance of Hamlet! Yoga @ the Library
Before the Farmer’s Market, come to the yard at the side of the Library for a free hour of yoga led by Emily Benz of Rural Remedy! Beginners and all ages welcome. Mats are available as well.
Spring Green Farmers Market
The Spring Green Farmers Market operates year-round, rain or shine, offering the best in local produce and handcrafted goods. The market's mission is to support local farmers, food producers, and artists while providing a forum for a healthy community. Shoppers are invited to enjoy coffee, baked goods, and live music while browsing fresh items like flowers and vegetables. During the Summer Market (mid-May to mid-October), vendors gather every Saturday morning outside the Spring Green Community Library from 9am - 12pm.

Laura Druckrey’s Pottery in the Glass Case Gallery
Watch for Laura Druckrey’s pottery in the Glass Case Gallery throughout the month of July. Laura tells about herself and her work, “I discovered my passion for pottery as a sophomore while attending Wisconsin Lutheran High School in the city where I was born and raised: Milwaukee. That passion continued through college, where I pursued ceramics as an independent minor and earned degrees in Early Childhood Education and Spanish. After graduation, I began working in Milwaukee Public Schools while earning a third teaching license, this one in Bilingual Education. Teaching and studying left little time for the wheel, but I never lost my love for it.

Artist Christl Iausly is sharing her wildflower artwork in the Community Room Gallery during the month of July.
Christl’s wildflower art is created by hand using self-collected flowers, leaves, twigs and more—most collected from her own gardens. She dries and presses these natural elements and creates original designs with them mounted on handmade papers. Every design is unique. Some include calligraphy.

The 45-minute, beginner-friendly yoga class is the perfect way to welcome the week with some fresh air in a beautiful setting. Attendees should meet near the Enee Point picnic shelter and come dressed for the weather, prepared with comfortable shoes, sun protection, insect repellent, and water.

This beginner-friendly jam is for singers and acoustic instrument players to learn and practice the art of jamming, and for experienced players to lead the way. The jam follows typical acoustic jamming conventions, but the main focus is on participation and supporting each other in making music together.
